Acceptance of Terms
By using the Menz Glow website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will be charged.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept card payments and mobile money through Paystack. For Pay on Delivery and Pickup Reservation orders, payment is required before or upon collection.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to keep stock information accurate. In the rare event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@menzglow.shop. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our returns policy.
Limitation of Liability
Menz Glow is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian law.
