Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or altered. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@menzglow.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. For Paystack payments, refunds are credited to the card or mobile money account used at checkout.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us at info@menzglow.shop to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
